International Confex Pre-show PR
As we move into the final stages of the pre-show PR for International Confex 2008, Naomi Roots, Davies Tanner Account Manager updates us on her activities.
“We’re now at the high point of our planning for International Confex 2008. All pre-show previews have been written for our trade and business press, so you’ll be reading lots about the new features at Confex alongside National press coverage about the show.
We kicked started our PR campaign this year with the launch of Confex After Hours. It's part of Confex Group’s aim to ensure industry networking throughout the year to underline the success of Confex Knowledge, Confex’s extensive seminar programme which will be even bigger and better this year.
We are pushing the international sector and I am confident that will be a real hit with visitors this year with some big names returning to exhibit.
One of our key objectives this year was to hit a wider audience, we have achieved this with excellent coverage in business and national press, backed as always by our key European and UK trade press titles who continue to support the biggest industry trade event in Europe. In addition, we’ll be hosting over 100 journalists from UK, Europe and USA over the three days and promoting the biggest seminar programme the show has ever seen.
Once again the Davies Tanner team is managing the News Cafe - the online digital press information and exhibitor press centre. It's a feature that continues to be a hit with journalists and exhibitors alike.
